The product consists of 4 levels.
Level 1 and 2: I recognize feelings.
It is a box containing:
- 26 cards about 26 feelings that help the child identify the feelings he feels in different situations.
- A booklet containing a set of different activities and games as a practical application of the first level cards in order to develop the child’s abilities and skills in expressing his different feelings.
Level 3: I express my needs (expressing needs).
A 16-page book, through which the child learns about his needs for feeling a specific feeling.
Level 4: I think about the solution (managing emotions and solving problems).
A 16-page book that includes different situations that your child might encounter.
Its aim is to develop the child's ability to express his feelings and think of the best solution to different situations through a set of choices.
This level is considered practical training for the first three levels.
There are two activities at the end of each book.
