Qaida Nooraniyya is known as one of the sciences related to the Holy Quran. It was named after its author, Sheikh Noor Muhammad Haqqani.
This method begins with knowing the number of letters in the alphabet. Then knowing the characteristics of the letters, knowing the points of articulation of the letters, and everything related to them in terms of definition, place of articulation, etc., then knowing the meaning of the letter and everything related to the letters in terms of writing, similar letters and the reason for naming them that, then knowing the most important part of it, which is the vowels in the Arabic language.
The student begins by learning the spelling of the letters of the language and intonation. This method is used with children in particular, and is also used with non-Arab primary school students, or those who are not proficient in reading and writing step by step through the verses of the Holy Quran.
It is a practical application of the Arabic language and the recitation of the Qur’an, and is used by teachers of children, non-Arabs, and teachers of learning difficulties.
