Leadership Personality Building Approach (I am the Child Leader):
People's lives are sweeter when their personalities are strong, intelligent and balanced. The "I am the child leader" approach helps the child to: 1- Discover himself, love and respect himself. 2- Train him in administrative skills that help him organize his affairs and make his life easier. 3- Develop his leadership skills and train him on them.
This curriculum consists of three parts:
1- This is me:
It helps the child to know himself, what he likes and dislikes, what he lacks to become stronger, and what supports him to improve in all aspects of life. This is the first step in building the child into a distinguished leader, as no one will lead others unless he knows and leads himself first.
2- My skills support me:
Life requires skills that people are good at to help them succeed in what they do without difficulty. The most important of these skills are problem-solving skills, planning skills with logical and practical thinking, time management skills, and financial skills such as collecting money and spending it wisely and balanced.
These skills require repetition over the years to become an easy habit, so it is necessary to train your child on them from an early age until he masters them and succeeds in them without effort or trouble.
3- My abilities distinguish me:
Each one of us needs to be a distinguished leader, who may lead only himself, or lead himself and those around him, or lead his work team, or even become the leader of the nation.
Leadership personality building approach: No problem.. The important thing is that our child knows from an early age the skills and abilities of a good leader and that we develop in him the art of decision-making, bearing responsibilities and solving problems, which builds in his mind and personality the foundations of leadership and how to be a successful leader, far from understanding leadership as domination and tyranny as some believe.
