Famine
The young man (Abdul Latif) leaves Baghdad dreaming of glory and fame. He travels through the countries, standing at every flagpole, and drinking from every water, until he ends up in Egypt.
But as soon as he settles in Egypt and works in the largest hospital there, a major earthquake occurs that destroys most of its historical buildings, and only the pyramids survive.
People go hungry after the earthquake. Rats appear at a crucial moment and multiply rapidly.
The plague spreads, people start dying, corpses are scattered, the Black Death takes over and rules the course of events, a moral dilemma appears among Egypt's doctors, should they save the young and leave the elderly to their fate?
(Dorria) on the other hand, that crazy, sane, mysterious, clear woman, begins her relationship with the doctor (Abdul Latif) by cleaning his house and cooking his food. Will this married woman enter his heart? Will he love her? And how can he love a woman who finds pleasure in bringing death to the patients while he is trying to bring them life?
Will the plague go away, and will diseases and epidemics end? Will Abdel Latif stay in Egypt? Or will he seek new glory in other countries? Or will he return to his homeland?
