Al-Wafi in explaining the Forty Nawawi Hadiths
Imam al-Nawawi is one of the imams of this religion who spent their lives preserving this religion and transmitting it to later generations. The book “Al-Nawawi’s Forty Hadith” by Imam al-Nawawi is one of the books in which its author collected the fundamentals of religion with its branches, such as jihad, ethics, asceticism, etiquette, worship, and transactions (and each hadith is a great rule of the rules of religion).
This book has received more attention, explanation and clarification than any other. There is no imam among the great imams who came after Imam al-Nawawi who did not have an explanation of the text of the Forty Hadith of al-Nawawi. Among these explanations is the explanation of the two sheikhs Mustafa al-Baghdadi and Muhyi al-Din Musto (al-Wafi fi Sharh al-Arba’in al-Nawawi).
